Food was great. Delivery guy forgot the 2-liter and as he said he would do, returned right away with it, and during snow. And we all know, that doesn't happen all that often, even in good weather lol.

We would give it no stars if possible. It was our first and last time ordering from this place! Our order was delivered over an hour and a half after we placed the order, expecting 45 minutes. The pizza sat so long that the cheese slid all over the pie and you could barely tell it had even been cut. The wings were sitting in a pool of grease and the mozz sticks were gross (too little cheese and way too much batter). Either way, the best part of this meal was throwing it in the trash and making sandwiches.

Their food is very good and the delivery guy is nice. But this time they forgot my chicken tenders,. And once those were delivered, I see they forgot my side of sauce, as I was promised when I called. So I was disappointed.

Was Delicious. I wish I ordered a larger one. My compliments to the cook. I wish there was consistency from order to order. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are burned etc.

It took quite a while for food to be delivered. I called to check on delivery estimate and was treated rudely by person on the phone. Fortunately when it did finally arrive, food was hot and tasted good.

We order food from here regularly and disappointed this time. We understand it's busy but our food was extremely greasy, cold, and soggy also our pizza was suppose to be half cheese and it wasn't.

After an Hour of waiting for delivery, i called to inquiry as to where our pizza was and was told that it was "Out for delivery". A half an hour later, a car pulls into the driveway...
I open up the lukewarm pizza box and find a pizza with barely any cheese on it, which was especially annoying since i paid an extra $2 for extra cheese. I open up the box of wings and find a soggy mess.
An hour and a half of waiting, with a hungry family, only to get a less than acceptable meal... Very Disappointing

So the delivery guy shows up and begins to berate me at my door after he couldn't find the place for 20 minutes. I live on a main road, who delivers pizza and doesn't use a GPS? Food was cold obviously

I Love NY Food...all of it. Always exactly as I ordered it. I am not so fond of auto adding the tip to my online order though. I feel they under tip. I guess it's their loss I would have tipped higher!

Absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated my the delivery man and the absolute CRAP they served to me because I placed an order at 11:30pm. As soon as I answered the door this rude deliver an shoves the food at me and says extremely rudely "you know you gotta place Ur orders earlier than this". The pizza and wings were thrown together soo badly that grease from the wing box AND bag had soaked through onto the pizza box it was sitting on top of. It was obvious they threw it together as fast as possible. I paid $30 for this crap and was treated terribly at the door. If you don't want to serve pizza until 12:30 at night then DONT ACCEPT ORDERS!, will never order from this crap restaurant again.

Online ordering was simple but wrong pizza was delivered (2 PM). When I finally had a chance to call store at 7 PM (delay due to unexpected visitors showing up at our home), the woman at the store just apologized and said if we'd called earlier, they would have sent another pizza. She made it seem that it was more our fault for calling late than it was the store's fault for delivering the wrong pizza.

These guys suck. 2.5 hours later and I still don't have my entire order. They're going to "figure out what happened". WTF is that. It's take out, not rocket science. Order here if you feel like rolling the dice.
