What is Mealeo?

Mealeo is a big online food court that allows you to Order Food Online from local restaurants for delivery & takeout. Rather than calling the restaurant & waiting on hold- you can now place your order online with a just few clicks! Our goal is to make ordering food easier than ever before. We hope you enjoy what we've built, for you.

Can I make special requests about how to prepare my order?

Absolutely. There is a field to enter special instructions for each item you add to your order during the order process.

How do I pay for my order?

All orders are paid for by credit or debit card through our secure site at the time you submit your order. Your bank statement will appear as being charged by "Mealeo.com", and not the restaurant you are ordering through.

Is there a service charge or fee to order through Mealeo?

Most orders are completely free. Depending on the size of the order, and time of the order there may be a processing charge of $1.

Are menu prices higher on Mealeo?

Most menu prices are identical to what's printed on the restaurants printed menus. Prices may still vary depending on the restaurant. When ordering for delivery restaurants may often have a delivery charge which is noted on their menu listing. We do not guarantee that menu prices are identical, for real-time prices you may contact the restaurant directly.

Do you have a rewards program?

We have a great rewards program coming soon - stay tuned! You will earn rewards points for every order you place. Points can be used for gift cards, gift certificates and other cool stuff.

Is my billing information forwarded to the restaurant?

Nope - never. Orders are prepaid via Mealeo's secure, 256-bit encrypted server that exceeds industry standards. Your billing information is safe and secure, and will never be forwarded to the restaurant.

Can I order in advance for a future date or time?

Yep! You can choose the time you want to pick up your order or have it delivered. On the Confirm & Pay page just change your order from "Now" to "Later" - it's easy.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. You can place your order by phone if the order is over $50. Our site is designed to make ordering online easy - so we ask that you give it a try!

Can I request a restaurant that's not on Mealeo?

Yes, and we want want you to! Have a restaurant in mind now? Scroll down and you will see the "Suggest a Restaurant" button. Please - suggest away. If you're in the mood to help - ask your favorite restaurants to add their menu to Mealeo.com the next time you see them!
