My credit card is being declined, I cant get my order through.
Make sure that the "Billing Address" you submit is the physical address that your bank statements are mailed to. Do not put your "delivery address" in the "billing address" fields - this can lead to a declined transaction.
I did not receive a confirmation email from Mealeo.
1st - Check your spam folder
2nd - Create an email contact named "Mealeo" with the email address of "orders@mealeo.com"
3rd - Add the domain "mealeo.com" to your safe sender list. That should do the trick :0)
I cancelled my order, but my credit card got charged.
When you submit your order, your credit card is "authorized" to see if you have the funds available. This "authorization" appears as if your credit card was actually charged, but it was not. It's just an authorization - and it should disappear from your bank statement within 2-3 business days. If it doesn't, please call our customer service department at 877. 868. 7814.
I need help with an order that I’ve placed, what should I do?
Call the restaurant directly asap! The restaurant is always your best point of contact for order issues or changes. You can find the restaurant’s phone number in your confirmation email or order history.
If you are unable to reach the restaurant or they did not completely satisfy you, please send an email to support@mealeo.com for the fastest response. Or, call 877.868.7814 Option 1.
I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order, what should I do?
Check your Order History to see the status of your order. If after 15 minutes of placing your order you still have no type of confirmation, please call the restaurant directly asap.
**check your spam folder in your email. To avoid future Mealeo emails going to spam, simply add orders@mealeo.com to your contacts or safe sender list.
My order was wrong, what should I do?
If you want your order replaced or you would like a refund, please call the restaurant directly, as they handle all refund requests and order issues. If they are unable to completely satisfy you - send us an email to support@mealeo.com.
I received my confirmation email, but the restaurant said they never got my order.
If you got a confirmation email, then the restaurant received and confirmed your order. Please ask them to prepare your order asap.
