Restaurant Description

Mexican Connection Restaurant & Tequilaria has been serving home made Mexican and Southwestern cuisine for 30 years. A true pioneer, Marilyn Farrell was the first to bring Mexican cuisine to the Capital region in 1979, when she founded the restaurant. After working for Marilyn for several years, Johanna and Jason Friedman purchased the restaurant from her in 2002. The entire staff stayed on and is directly responsible for growing the business every year since. In addition to overseeing the regular menu, chefs Donna Duerr, Amanda Dombroski, William LaFlamme and our amazing kitchen staff are responsible for creating the delicious daily specials that allow us to utilize the freshest ingredients possible. Chef Donna is just one of our long-term employees, having been with the restaurant for over 20 years. The front of the house staff includes Heather Blanchard, who has been with us for over 15 years and Rory Guilfoyle who has been on board for 28 years! We are all here to make your experience great at this Saratoga restaurant.

All food is made-to-order on premises, providing the freshest and best tasting food possible. Additionally, we have a full bar featuring over 150 premium sipping tequilas, a wide selection of Mexican beer and fantastic hand-shaken margaritas.
