Hattie's award-winning fried chicken is well known for its unique recipe that has remained the same since 1938. Hattie's fried chicken was featured on Bobby Flay's Food Network show Throwdown and proved on national television that its fried chicken is sublime.

In 2021, Business for Good teamed up with Hattie's to serve the community and transformed Hattie's into a seed for change while maintaining the quality and character of the original award-winning recipes. All locations donate 100% of profits to charities fighting food insecurity and hunger.
