At Brasserie Benelux our goal is to satisfy varied cultural appetites by using sustainably local products and artisanal house-made and purchased products in our seasonally evolving menu. Chef Armand Vanderstigchel and his culinary staff prepares his food from scratch on-premise, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. While we are inspired internationally, we source locally where we can.
As author of two nationally published cookbooks, it is no surprise to find chicken wings on the menu as well hearty comfort food dishes with Alpine distinctions. In 2019, Chef Armand- an official judge and ambassador for the yearly national Buffalo Wing festival in Buffalo, NY- was inducted into the national Chicken Wing Hall of Fame for his contributions to the restaurant community as author and spokes-person for Franks RedHot sauce.
